The most difficult part of this figure is the Trust, followed by the Twirl (which is - numerically - almost as important as the Trust). There were some problems seen in several swimmers, probably these problems are due to different interpretations of the description of the Figure itself; to name some:"From a Back Layout Position, the legs are raised to vertical as the body is submerged to a Back Pike Position with the toes just under the surface. A Thrust is executed to Vertical Position. A Twirl is executed. A Vertical Descent is executed at the same tempo as the Thrust."
"Desde la posicion acostada sobre la espalda, las piernas se elevan para alcanzar la linea vertical al mismo tiempo que el cuerpo se sumerge para asumir la posicion de escuadra cerrada sumergida con las puntas justo bajo la superficie del agua. Una estocada se ejecuta para alcanzar la posicion vertical. Un giro retorcido se ejecuta. La figura termina con un descenso en posicion vertical a la misma velocidad que la estocada."
La parte mas dificil de esta figura es la estocada, seguida por el giro retorcido (que numericamente, es casi tan importante que la estocada). Hubo problemas que vimos en varias nadadoras, probablemente estos problemas se deben a diferentes interpretaciones de la descripcion de la Figura; para nombrar algunos:
